Black Greek Organizations, Church Groups, & Civic Organizations: Pressuring Young Minds to Commit

Every year, nearing the end of summer, an increase of past movies glorifying Greek organizations bombard our television screens. Searches related to Greek sororities and fraternities rise. There is also recruitment efforts boosted for other groups as well from religious to governmental.

The strategies to permeate one's mind, "to just consider" are everywhere! Far too often, those who don't demonstrate critical thinking skills get sucked into groups they really didn't want to be involved, but either the organization's name recognition, promises, or pressures from others like "your parents and grandparents belonged; therefore, it's only right that you do the same" is why new recruits blindly follow others not realizing the long-term effects especially when one breaks an oath.

So what does an individual do when he or she is surrounded by happy smiles, good food, strong drink, and numerous promises of future opportunities?

Research.

Find out everything you can about the organization from the bottom to the top. There is the propaganda that the people at the bottom receive and the secrets that those at the top know. Wouldn't you want to be privy to what goes on at the top? Never trust a person or group at the bottom or the top with your life without doing thorough research.

Most likely, as a potential member, you already know the pros, because the representative(s) of the group has often reminded you of them from word of mouth to handouts. Now it's time for you to smile back at that recruiter with "I will think about it." But beware, recruits are trained to have a rebuttal for just about anything you say! Stand strong when responding to a recruit's pressure tactics. Whether they sell you on the group by offering something you desire or use fear or guilt to get you to commit, understand they are on a time limit. They know the more time they allow for you "to think about it" the more likely you will go snooping around and find out some information they don't want you to know about. Many recruiters don't like the Internet because the truth always exists amongst the lies and some groups try real hard to keep the Internet clean of any negativity surrounding them. So if you don't find anything, it doesn't mean it's "all good," go to the library. Research the group like preparing to write a term paper. Who does the group report to? There are always a circle of people at the top who run the organizations within their circle such as the Sigma Pi Phi also known as the Boule, a historically black elitist organization modeled after Skull and Bones. Sigma Pi Phi is head over the four black sororities and four black fraternities while a more powerful group known as the Illuminati runs the Boule and many other fraternal groups, businesses, banks, and other organizations worldwide.

The people at the top will tell those at the bottom what to say, how to say it, where to go, what to do, etc. to grow the organization. This may include "befriending" you and others to find out more about your culture, hobbies, psychological challenges, and more and what better way than to search your name and associations via the Internet. To obtain all of this information from unsuspecting people, recruiters will help those at the top create agendas geared to generate more power over the masses and more wealth for them now and in the future. Those annual membership fees and extra expenses charged by so many groups are greatly appreciated by the elite! Even a local church headed by a pastor with a large following is connected to a few occult affiliations (find out more about this by researching the organizations a pastor lists on his website and if they aren't listed ask the church secretary for a pamphlet, brochure, or media packet. Zealot church members will encourage your attendance in the hopes that you will keep giving to the elite's causes. They may even offer you things that seem too good to be true. Be wise and watch as well as pray for signs of deception. The minister and his or her assistance are formally trained to get members and many large churches get paid well doing it! Meanwhile, you can only hope that your own personal needs get met like food in your refrigerator, rent paid, and utility bills stay current —you know the simple pleasures of life while you are forking over your last money because someone pressures you "to give to God's work."

Find out the history of the group.

Who really created this award-winning organization? Once again, there is the story the people at the bottom are fed and the story that those at the top know. What are the organization's principles? How have they changed over the years? The originator usually had good intentions many years ago, but after decades of changing hands: ideas, values, and goals are often rearranged for good, evil or just grow stale.

While you are researching the history, you should look for contradictions, hypocrisy, cover-ups, and money trails. Do wonder why, for instance, an African American, Irish, Asian, Mexican, Italian or some other race would build an organization on say Greek philosophies, Satanism, Christianity (but not practice), Eastern mysticism and more? You should wonder what type of culture derived from say, Greece, Israel, Egypt, and Africa. Was witchcraft, homosexuality, drunkenness, sorcery, human sacrifices significant back then and still are all-too important now?

Ask yourself, why would Americans subscribe to foreign beliefs? What types of additional study would you be required to participate in if you joined the group? For instance, you should question why studying mystery religions, eccentric philosophers, sexually confused persons, or deranged lunatics really be helpful to your mind and future family? Note the negatives and positives. Compare what you have discovered with your own personal convictions. Understand that what you involve yourself with over a long period of time will affect those around you in the future especially if you plan on sharing the group's gospel to get relatives and friends involved. Immoral philosophies and brainwashing have been known to cause a breakdown in one's personal or professional relationships. There are many people who could care less about good, evil, demons, angels, and other things related to spiritual matters. There are others who rather walk solo than to pay allegiance to any group for a lifetime. Those at the top know this and that's why they can easily get members to join who may not care about spiritual things or loyalty, but they care a whole lot about money and connections.

In time, the "sell-out" who was adamant about not conforming is now a fast-talking representative who at some point will be approached to do something out of character, bizarre, or may even cost one his or her reputation or freedom. How awful it must feel for a new recruit to walk around knowing at any given moment photos, email, text messages or other evidence may pop up one day for all to see if this person should break an oath? If the potential recruit had only done his or her homework early on, this person wouldn't have ever registered, but now the fearful member feels obligated to the group.

Examine the logos, symbols, colors, and hand-signs.

There is more to what you see. What does each symbol stand for on the organization's crest? Most gullible members have no idea or what they know isn't the real truth. Remember there is the meaning you are given by the recruit and the one you will have to find for yourself when it comes to the group's historical background. Search other groups to find similar logos, symbols, hand-signs, and colors. You will be surprised how supposedly opposing groups are in fact interconnected. You will have to look closely, because some symbols are very creatively hidden. Chances are all of them report to the same people, which means only one thing, they all point to one main group who holds a certain belief system that you might not accept for you and your future family. Think realistically about the long-term impact your membership to the group will make on your life. Ask yourself, "Are there other ways I can get ahead without them?" How might the group affect my personal relationships in the future? Also, when viewing the group's literature such as event dates, pay attention to number patterns, nothing is coincidental when the same numbers, dates, and times keep showing up. What do the numbers, colors, hand-signs, and symbols mean?

Observe the group's activities.

In every organization there is a ring leader and then there are the rest of the people. How does the leader get along with everyone else? Are tasks evenly demonstrated or are a few individuals doing the most important tasks of the group on a regular basis while others are left in the dark until the last minute? Why? Does the group make decisions together or do leaders often meet separately without input from the rest?

Representatives of groups often boast about their affiliations and name drop. Don't be so easily impressed. There are sacrifices that people make in every organization to reach the top and it isn't all glamorous! Some of what they do is reprehensible behind closed doors! The kind of stuff what would make a mother cry. What type of connections does the group really have to the outside world? What are specific examples of how a group helped a member who was in trouble? What does one have to do to establish a network that would benefit his or her career goals? Why do they want you? They may have already done research on your background and found some things that could help them for good, evil or both.

Be sure any and everything you are expected to do is outlined and find out what the fine print says on those contracts. You can easily search for examples online especially on websites that allow visitors to upload confidential documents.

Talk to others about the group then ask questions.

Talking is simply casually mentioning your observations and feelings about the organization and its activities. You may say something like, "That was interesting. I liked the way you arranged the party. Someone has great organization skills! Wow, I could learn a thing or two." By doing this, you are building a connection with whomever it is that you want to obtain information.

Don't ask questions that reveal everything you know; rather pretends to be ignorant. When they answer follow up with, "I didn't know that. Interesting. How might I learn more?" Here are questions you might ask, "What was the founder(s) intent when he created this organization? What types of activities did the founder participate in over the years? " You are basically quizzing this person to see if they know more about the organization other than the script that they were given to study. So who is this recruiter and how can their group really benefit you? Here are a few questions to ask, "Are there any events that the group attends resulting in paying jobs for most members? What are some of the challenges you face as a member? Do you have to pay any out of pocket expenses to orchestrate group events?" Now when you ask these questions, observe the recruit's reactions. A disgruntled person will show his or her true colors in time. You have to be extra careful who you are talking to and never badmouth anyone, or reveal any of your findings! For example, you don't say, "I saw this video about the illuminati and your group is affiliated with them. Did you know that?" Right away, the person who you are talking to is going to shut down. They may even sound the alarm to others in the group about you. Remember, you don't let the left hand know what the right hand is doing—a timeless adage from yesteryear that still works to this day. It is very easy to find out whether information is factual or not without drawing attention to it.

If the individual or group really wants your membership, they will look for clever ways to get around the truth such as: finding your weaknesses and using them against you in order for you to lean on them in the future, find errors in your belief system, talk to people you know, use bullies to get you to run to them for help, and do something nice for you to get you to join. Later, they will focus their attention elsewhere seeking yet another gullible new recruit.

Avoid going along just to get along.

So many people join churches, organizations, civic groups, companies, and more just so that they are not ridiculed or ousted from other affiliations. You have earned your stripes to be called, "adult" after being raised for so many years by relatives, teachers, etc. As a child, you didn't always go with the program set before you, so why at 20 plus will you allow yourself to be manipulated, forced, coerced, threatened, or even physically assaulted?

Find out the truth about certain traditions. For example, why do Greek college organizations really paddle? Why are there Greek organizations on college campuses? You will have to look back to Greek customs to answer this one. It is symbolic of a certain act—do your research.

In closing, be mindful of why you will be joining a certain group, how much time, money, and your life will be sacrificed. Also, when you see something that goes against your own personal convictions, walk out. If you don't have any morals that you can call your own, then create some!

Masking an Agenda to Look Like a “Black” Issue

When we listen to black news, our black relatives, and black leaders at the workplace and church, we typically don't think too deeply about what they are telling us. Why? Because you might share common experiences like being unfairly treated by certain non-blacks. So the last thing you think about is that person on or off TV, in a magazine or standing before you is a mind controlled person who is just regurgitating what he or she believes is a “black” problem.

But when someone or a group tries to convince us that something is important to us when it really is not, they are going to say some “trigger” words related to what they think they know already about us. Whatever the words might be, the skilled leader, writer, teacher, etc. will carefully plant them in his or her speeches to get you up off your seat, out into the community, or simply keep you in bed thinking about nothing but getting your fleshly desires met. Now roll over and go back to sleep!

For instance, I tell you that a certain athlete is up to no good off the court and why people should stop buying his sneakers and paying for game tickets to see him. But you like the athlete so you don't want to look beyond his performance. In our conversation, we start throwing some names around of athletes we both know back when we were in college and how their reputations mattered both on and off the court. You and I both agree. But then you start talking about some negative experiences you had with them and also share some stories about what you heard. Through your personal experience, I take you back to my original point. By the end of the discussion, you are plenty angry about what you have learned about your star athlete. You say you will consider not buying your children his sneakers anymore or going to his games.

Now that example was simple. You have one person with a thought that may or may not have been generated by media influence. After talking for awhile you might question further what do I know that has made me think that way. When in a conversation similar to the example, a person should look beyond the scope of a celebrity's performance to see how might his or her actions or inactions might affect sons and daughters and others in the family unit since they might idolize this person.

 

Now think of the power play of persuasion used in the example on a grand scale.  A person convincing you to believe something that may or may not be true of someone or something. When most people don't like something or someone they usually don't keep their personal opinion to themselves. What most likely happens is the individual will persuade others to go along with what? The programming!  From television programming to “What my mama said” programming. Non-blacks do this all the time in media and will put select top-charting, block-buster movie performing blacks up to spreading their messages that are supposed to be about black people!  We have enough issues within our own family structure so why take on more orchestrated by the media!

Another black man or young boy is gunned down on a city street and this is popularized in our media  once again to do what?  Psychologically keep black folks in line, especially when police brutality is involved, reminding us to stay in our place or else. Of course, there are many random acts of violence that happen to all sorts of people, but to single out blacks so often in media, in my opinion, is due to the looming threat that if we set our minds to it, we will organize on a mass scale, this time without the need of a white man or woman acting like Jesus Christ to help us behind the scenes.

 

If one wants to keep a people mind controlled and oppressed, the enemy is going to use the group's own people to say things he or she may know about us already, but the evil one is going to magnify them in such a way that they benefit him. “Well, he got a point, our people always late...you know we can't organize to save our lives...” Non-blacks hear what we say amongst each other and then they use what they have learned against us.  Sometimes we have to just stand up like we do with the word n*gger and say, “We might say that amongst each other, but you don't have a right to say what you want to say to us and think we are going to be okay with it.” Just because one has walked with a black, ate with a black, and may have even had sex with a black, doesn't mean he or she knows or is black. However, we have those in our community that divide us because they “think” they know. Their causes are more important then walking in peace and righteousness. They start believing that their own man-made/demonic agendas made up of selfishness, deceit, and witchcraft is going to really help the collective even though that is untrue, but they even persuade themselves on their own lies!  Those in powerful positions around the world attempt to convince us through everything they can think of to go along with that agenda masked in black!   From a black singer dancing seductively in black to a created script of chaos about black to get everyone fearful and upset about black.  Get it?  Blacks serving other blacks with an agenda that was never really about black! 

 

Talk show hosts, comedians and others that have sold out for more fame and money are used heavily to perpetuate myths, stereotypes and more while ultimately destroying what little critical thinking skills that the disenfranchised blacks have. Sure, he or she sounds like us, acts like us, but are not truly representing us!  And let's be honest, what really is “us”? You and I may have common interests and experiences, but there really is no “us” where we can sit down and agree on everything that we do and say--that doesn't even happen with bloodlines. Yet, it is in the best interest of those at the top of the food chain to treat us all the same. Because if they do that, eventually we are going to shop at the same places, eat the same foods, talk the same talk, walk the same walk (notice rappers and brothas from around the way), and act like whatever they want us to act like just so long as it is very close to the same this and the same that--it's cost effective, easier to manage people with similar behavior, interests, buying patterns, etc.  No originality creativity, no new perspective to help humanity, and no new way of doing things! 

When you least expect it, our so called “reputable, trustworthy” media (see what I say about this on my YouTube Channel: nmenterprise7) will take an issue that really has nothing to do with you or I, our families, neighborhood, business associations, church community and the like, then spin it so that it is about you! There we are ready to rip our mates, relatives and friends a new one over an issue that really doesn't have anything to do with your relationship, business, raising children, spirituality, etc.! 

When some bring the manufactured hype to you, you should say, "What happened to this one and that one's child is unfortunate, but that is not my child.  'It might be...it could be...it could have' is fear- mongering.  Matter of fact, when was the last time you spent time with your own child while you are getting so upset about someone else's?"  I'm sure you can phrase this statement better, but you get my point. 

 

The famous black athlete gets arrested, so what! Consider it a big payback for all that lying and cheating he was doing on and off the court finally catching up to him—they don't pay those "chosen" hand-sign waving players the big bucks for nothing! 

The award-winning African American journalist, singer, rapper, talk show host, or someone else we think we know goes down for this issue and that one, then what do some of us do? We act like the whole community is going down with him or her, “They don't let us have nothing...you see the man is up to his tricks again...” so he is, then expose him on it.  Don't convince me to go along with "the program."  Tell the complainer, "I dare you to walk up to The Man and tell him about his ugly ways and then organize a protest."  I personally got on people's bad side for making a stand, and guess what?  I don't care.  I don't lose one night of sleep for speaking truth. 

 

But what do the sell-out entertainers, lawyers, doctors, teachers, government leaders, business men and women do to attain and keep their positions? Whatever their handlers tell them--some give up sex and sell-out their own children, others give up relationships, murder, abort babies, cause chaos, fix games--whatever! 

 

Ask yourself this, has any celebrity you pay your local cable company each month to watch on TV, between brain-washing commercials personally or professionally, helped you?  Think about that for a moment. 

Let's be real with ourselves and stop going along with mass media brainwashing! Tell yourself, “Not my issue,” particularly when you know the media wants you to toss those hoods up, raise those hands, buy this, vote for this one and support this cause, protest, and give to that. Most of the over-hyped messages directed toward blacks are typically coming from a cowardly, house slave entertainer who refuses to speak truth—real truth—not manufactured hype. However, we don't want to look away so much from current events that we become ineffective when it comes to spreading real truth among family and friends either! 

Be more concerned about what is affecting your life AND your brother and sister's as well—if you have a faith you know what I am talking about, I'm not encouraging anyone to cast their pearls to swine, no matter what color that swine is—black, brown, pink, or shady!  But what I am saying is be viligant when it comes to truth-telling and let your Creator guide you.

When a black face stands before masses, supposedly having something “important” to say, and this message is pretending to address a “black issue,” you have got to remember that there is more to the story. Pay attention, close attention, to what has taken place leading up to such an event such as:  the death of a celebrity, a tragic event, or a supposed feel-good story or victory decorated with black characters.  Why does media really want you to know this?  For example, if you saw a black couple all over the media winning a large amount of money.  You would know that the media is encouraging you to waste more money on lottery tickets not so everyone would be so happy for this couples' win.  With enough programming, you would fall for it and have most of your spending money gone by Friday trying to keep those numbers in--some of you know who you are! 

 

Notice what club a puppet for the media belongs to, because you should know by now, that many business people have club associations, you might be one who is connected with a group yourself. What might be the topic of the day coming from the top at your organization? Who is really at the top, have you looked beyond the group's propaganda to figure that one out? (Researcher Steve Coakley told many blacks about The Boule, did you do your research yet?  This elite group made up of the wealthiest blacks in America has been known for being the gatekeepers for the white secret society, Skull and Bones.) 

Think about this for those of you who belong to churches, why does your group and others tend to be active when it comes to the same political issues approximately the same time, despite having nothing in common, and supposedly separate from government? Think about the many patterns with churches across all denominations who will preach similar gospels supporting one political issue, gender group, news event, etc. Who is governing them? When you think about all these questions, you have to also think who is really benefiting from the national civic group's, mega-church's, fraternity's and women's club members' time and money ? How long does one stay with the group before he or she can branch out on his or her own and still be successful? You see, “The Agenda” behind the black issue matters to only a few. No matter what level you are in a community group, secrets stay at the top unless someone chooses to reveal something worthwhile which most often not.

Have you observed during a presidential campaign year after year the same issues keep coming up?  The powerful minority rarely organizes nor demands that new issues be put on the table that affect all people not just blacks  and the "real" majority's efforts usually get shot down by traitors who work within the group. Who really takes responsibility for old issues that have yet to be rectified--politically, spiritually, mentally, etc.?  Who?  No one knows.  All you have is a puppet politician, lawyer, doctor, teacher, civil rights leader and others who tell you another lie.  Yet, the same powerful individuals running our world will use the over-hyped topics year after year to sway the masses to abandon critical thinking skills and keep going along just to get along.

In closing, do keep your eyes wide open on any topic that is deemed a “black” issue. Never assume that a black entertainer with millions of dollars and a large platform “Got you...” or “feel you.” Maybe there are some remnants of emotion left over from “Back in the day...,” but seriously, those puppets have changed!  When these players disappoint their masters, they get on the Internet and elsewhere and start confessing in between jokes, comments and the like, "I sold out to the devil...they tried to kill me...the entertainment industry ain't nothing but..." and that's when their career dies, a loved one dies or they die. When the sell-out starts breaking programming, refusing to mask the agenda as a black issue, they have to pay a dear price because of it.  It is then, that they, my friends, become martyrs for our land.

Black Greek Organizations

I had my share of fun times stomping with the greeks at various social events.  I was a reporter at one of the colleges that I attended and then an editor back in the 90s, so I got my share of personal invites to come to events.  The greeks knew that they would be guaranteed some media coverage, so I was often welcome. 

I can tell you that some of the greeks I met over the years are some of the hardest working people.  Sure, they know how to have a good time, but they also know how to network, event plan, and influence a community to get some things done.  This is why it is no surprise when I find out that some blacks can't be trusted with information about us, because behind them are usually non-blacks looking to make a dollar!  They don't mind using blacks from all sorts of organizations, including greek ones, to get in touch with the black community.  Rather than, take one's findings and try to uplift a community, blacks will take ideas out of the community then run them to someone or a group with money for them to make money.  The runner gets his cut and the man gets everything else!

I wanted to take this time to list those greek organizations that some of you may or may not be familiar with because chances are one day someone you might know will want to join.  Many of these groups have been around since the 1900s!  That's right, they are just that old!  I can understand why they would exist at that time considering all of the racial prejudice toward blacks back then.  What makes these groups considered popular and noteworthy is their association with other elite groups, their many circles of influence, and their social and political activism.  Non-blacks who seek "to get in touch" with the black community go to groups like this while never setting foot in a black ghetto and interviewing the people.

A wise counselor will tell the truth about his or her experiences with a social organization.  He or she would remain un-bias and attempt to educate someone who may want to belong to a group.  There is more than meets the eye when it comes to any social group especially a black Greek one on the college level.  What I have noticed in the past, were the insults hurled at a Greek brother or sister belonging to another group usually made by someone who thought his or her group was "the best."  I saw certain skin tones hang together.  I saw certain weight classes hang together.  I heard about promiscuous men and women "being passed around" within certain groups.   I also noticed many folks badly hurt, drunk and more behind questionable pledging practices.  One chapter was closed down at a college I attended for their outrageous pledging. 

Sometimes members will sway someone (who may not be interested in a fraternal group) toward their direction just because they don't like someone or heard something bad about another group that isn't fraternal.  I personally never got involved with such groups, because I learned young that some groups are nothing more than a name, without the right connections and/or background, you simply will not go far in certain circles. 

You have to be willing to give your soul to some of these groups to really make a name for yourself.  If one should call his or herself a Christian, then he or she should know better to avoid any organization that has any occult ties, negative influences, or compromises biblical precepts.  But many, pastors, deacons and church members are tied to many of these groups and unfortunately choose to overlook the things that are not of God when attending meetings, taking oaths, viewing photos, and researching the history of these groups.  I put them all in God's hands.

As you do more study about black Greek organizations, you can't help but ask yourself, "Now what is the purpose again, I'm lost?  Sure, I know that many help people, but couldn't I just do that on my own or create my own group free of the foolishness and cliques?"
